Center's primary organizational purpose provide the frontline defense to

The center will initiate legal actions targeted at obstetrical reform
by physicians and facilities that treat women during pregnancy, as well as the
subsequent post-abortion trauma. Causes of action contemplated include:
Medical malpractice, personal
injury and wrongful death
Negligence suites based on
patient screening and counseling deficits
Lack of informed Consent
suites and civil battery claims
Deceptive trade practice
actions (treble damage suits)
Constitutional claims (civil
rights violations) due to discriminatory motivations of abortion providers
